We appreciate the CUFCU for a number of reasons. When we need a letter for verification of funds for real estate matters the CU is ready to help with it. Whenever we have questions about retirement, CDs, 401Ks, how to invest our money, or even how to plan for our funerals the CU takes the time to discuss with us the different options we have to choose from. We have been with the CUFCU for a number of years and have always been satisfied with not only the help they give us on these life-issues but also because their hours are user friendly. If we can’t make it to the CU during the week because of our jobs we know we can go on Saturday morning to get our business taken care of. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and are always up-to-date on the latest banking issues. The technology at the CU is grade-A and we feel our accounts are extremely safe.
I like that they have Spanish speaking staff available. When I travel out of the country, I feel safe using my Visa® debit card. Their fraud team will block transactions if they think they are suspicious.
