CU*TALK lets you perform transactions like:

• Review account balances
• Verify the date and amount of your transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Verify whether certain checks have cleared
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Make loans payments
• Check current rates
• Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
• Obtain annual dividend and interest information.

CU*TALK First-Time Login Instructions

1. Call 1-833-561-2342 
2. Enter your account number – Press #
3. Enter your temporary PIN:
   • Last four digits of the primary accountholder’s Social Security Number – Press #
4. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN – Press #
5. Confirm your new PIN
6. Select a Main Menu Option
   1. Account inquiries – including balances and recent transactions
   2. Funds transfers
   3. Current rates or calculate estimated loan payments
   4. Change your PIN
   5. Change to a different account number
   6. Other CU services – including locations and hours
      • 8  Repeat this menu
