We Are Upgrading
It is with great excitement that we announce the upgrading our processing system September 1st, which is the computer system used to maintain your accounts, including processing transactions. It is also the platform that supports the convenient electronic services you use every day. This is being done to greatly improve your banking experience and allow us to serve you more efficiently.
We are confident that once this transition is completed, you’ll be impressed with our new online access, It’s Me 247, which has enhanced features (including Bill Pay) designed to give you more control in managing your accounts. The new Mobile App will also give you additional features as you bank on the go. And, we are excited about our new telephone banking access, CU*Talk, which will continue to give you the same easy access that you’ve come to expect.
Your Board of Directors are aware of the time and effort required of credit union staff in preparing for this task. They also know that there is bound to be some inconveniences. For instance, you may experience longer wait times in our lobbies, at our drive ups, or on the phone. Therefore, the board and staff ask for your patience and understanding as we work to minimize the impact on your normal banking routines.
We are truly Banking With You as we go on this journey together. Please use this guide, that includes a Plan Ahead List and a Schedule, to help navigate the upgrade. We are sure you will find, after you experience the enhancements, that this change is well worth the effort.
