e-Statements are your periodic statements delivered to you electronically instead of through the mail.

e-Statements (FAQ)

Do I need to be enrolled in Account@ccess to receive e-Statements?
Yes. To ensure the security of membership information, Account@ccess requires an Login ID and Security code to enroll and access e-Statements.
Is there a cost for e-Statements?

No, e-Statements are provided at no charge to you.

How do I sign up for e-Statements?

You can sign-up for e-Statements through the Self Services tab in Account@ccess.

How do I view my e-Statement?

Log into your Account@ccess account as normal.  e-Statements are available as a PDF image under the Self Service tab. Go to “Additional Services” and select e-Statements

Will I continue to receive paper statements in the mail?

No. You will no longer receive a statement in the mail.

When will the E-Statements be available to view?

Your e-Statement will be available via Account@ccess usually by the second or third business day after the period end.

Will my e-Statement be available even if I fail to receive an e-notification?
Yes.
Can I review e-Statements from previous statement periods?

E-Statements are stored and available on Account@ccess for a period of 22 months.

Will I receive statement inserts?

Yes.  You will receive all inserts.  Look for an insert link next to the e-Statement.
